From June through October, we'll load up your weekly share with 7-9 different types of produce thriving on the farm. Each week includes a mix of greens, roots, summer vegetables, herbs, and rotating specialties depending on the season. Our shares feed 2-3 people depending on your weekly menu, and our weekly CSA emails will include exciting recipes to try with the produce you receive.
Early boxes feature lettuces, kale, radishes, peas and spring roots; midsummer brings tomatoes, cucumbers, beans, peppers, and squash; fall rounds out with hearty greens, potatoes, garlic, and storage crops. Below are sample shares you might receive:
In the springtime – 2 heads of lettuce, 1lb. of arugula, 1 bunch of kale, 1 bunch of radishes, 2 baby Bok choy, 1lb. of snap peas, and 1 bundle of garlic scapes.
In the summertime – 1 head of broccoli, 1 summer squash/zucchini, 2 cucumbers, 2-3 lbs. tomatoes, 1 lb. of green beans, ½ lb. shishito peppers, 2 heads of lettuce, 2 heads of garlic.
In the fall – 1 lb. of carrots, 1 cabbage, 1 bunch of kale, 1 bunch of beets, 1 winter squash, 2-3 lbs. potatoes, 1 lb. arugula, bundle of seasonal herbs.
